WE'RE MOVING ONLINE....FOR NOW

This is a BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!  It’s big news and it’s also a lot of words. But there is a lot to say. If you have only ever known us in a virtual sense, this doesn't change a thing. But feel free to keep reading so you can get to know us a little better.

We’re not gonna lie. We’ve been feeling some major Ross energy vibes this past year. If you know, you know. It’s been planning and determination , met with frustration, cautious optimism and all paths leading to utter exhaustion. You can plan and organize all you want but sometimes you just can’t get the damn couch up the damn stairs. We’re not going to let a set of stairs get in our way of pivoting though! As a matter of fact we’re going to drag ALL of our stuff  to our new headquarters. That’s right, we’re moving!

So here’s the thing. We kinda only have room for us, our stuff and our half dead plants.  Moving upstairs means moving online only. At least, for now. Yep, that means goodbye brick and mortar, hello online orders! We are going to have the same great stuff, same great team and same great service. 

We cannot possibly use enough adjectives to describe how grateful we are to our customers, both near and far, for your unflappable support. We are excited for the opportunities the future may bring once connecting in person is a thing again (think workshops, pop-ups).  Oh the possibilities! Please follow our social channels and sign up to our newsletter so we can stay in touch.  We will have lots of exciting updates, promos, and giveaways coming your way. We encourage you to continue to support your favourite local businesses. We all need you in our corner now more than ever.  So when the lockdown- emergency brake-stay-at-home order ends, just remember we moved.  And you can visit us online whenever you like.  

So with love, excitement and a healthy dose of existential dread in our hearts, we say goodbye to 254 Elgin Street.  We will have to press pause on processing new orders. We of course want to minimize the amount of time this takes – especially with Mother’s Day coming up! So please keep those online orders coming! We will be fully operational and ready to fulfil them no later than April 30^th.  And to thank you so much for your patience and understanding, all orders placed from now until the end of the month will be 30% off! The discount will be automatically applied at checkout – easy peasy!
